HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ITEM AND ITS TRACKING NUMBER?

Allow up to 13-15 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery is within 16 – 20 days.

Thus, please allow 13-15 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. In cases of delayed shipments, please feel free to contact us and will make sure to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
